| Jim Lingenfelter is a member of the American Institute of Architects and owner of Five2Five, a design-oriented firm that provides planning and architectural services for different types of projects. Mr. Lingenfelter received a B.S. in Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University. Mr. Lingenfelter has vast experience as Project Architect or Manager for numerous Indianapolis and central Indiana building projects, including IPS School 54 and the Garfield Parks Arts Center. His community involvement includes service on the boards of the East Tenth Street Civic Association, Fletcher Place Neighborhood Association and Meridian-Kessler Neighborhood Association, and participation in the Urban Design Guidelines Oversight Committee and the Regional Center Update Committees 2020 plan. |

| Dorothy Crenshaw retired as Chief Information Officer in the Information Technology Division for the Indianapolis Public Schools system. She has served as a dedicated educator since 1967 in various capacities, including elementary school principal, media specialist, school librarian and elementary teacher. Ms. Crenshaw received a B.S. in Elementary Education from Tennessee State University, M.S. in Special Education and M.S. in Administration and Supervision from Butler University, and has pursued advanced graduate studies in Library Science, Automation and Collection Development at IUPUI and Ball State University. A member of the American Library Association, the American Society of Information Science, Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, and the National Alliance of Black School Educators, Ms. Crenshaw has received the Excellence in Education Award from the Center for Leadership Development, the Key to City of Indianapolis, and the 2010 Tech Point Foundation Bridge Builder MIRA Award. She is an avid gardener and has an extensive collection of miniature elephants. |

| Mr. Bonner's professional career at public libraries and universities included positions at Penn State University, Indiana University and IUPUI, where he served as Associate Librarian, Associate Professor in the School of Library and Information Science, Director of Libraries at IUPUI, and Assistant Director of Institutional Research. Born in Hazelton, Pennsylvania, Mr. Bonner received an A.B. in Economics from King's College, an MLS from Rutgers University, and a Certificate of Candidate for the Ed D. in Higher Education from Indiana University. In serving those with mental illnesses, their programs and services, he was appointed to the Indiana Mental Health Commission and the Indiana Protection and Advocacy Commission's Mental Health Advisory Board. He was a member of the boards of the Indiana Mental Health and Marion County Mental Health Associations. For his service to Indiana, Mr. Bonner was named a Distinguished Hoosier by Governor Frank O'Bannon. His other civic involvements include The Indianapolis Literary Club, Heartland Film Festival, and the Theodore Roosevelt Association. Mr. Bonner is an undisciplined collector of books and an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church. He has three children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. |

| Mr. Dudich is currently the Associate Commissioner and Chief Financial Officer of the Indiana Commission for Higher Education. Mr. Dudich was appointed to this position by the Commission in August of 2010. Prior to his work with the Commission, Mr. Dudich served as the Budget Director and Deputy Controller for the Consolidated City of Indianapolis, Marion County overseeing the development and implementation of the city and county's annual budget from 2008 through 2010. Before working in local government, Mr. Dudich worked as the Director of Strategic Finance for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) in 2008, focusing on improving federal reimbursement and overall financial efficiencies. From 2004 through 2008, Mr. Dudich worked at the Indiana State Budget Agency as a Budget Analyst, responsible for the fiscal analysis regarding higher education, technology, and health and human services. Prior to working in Indiana, Mr. Dudich served as the Senior Budget Analyst with the Illinois Bureau of the Budget from 2001 to 2003, focusing on the areas of health and human services. Mr. Dudich holds a BS from Indiana University - Bloomington, majoring in Public Affairs and Finance through the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs. |

Tom Shevlot is a Lawrence Township resident who was born and raised in Indianapolis. He graduated from Indianapolis Baptist High School and received his B.A. from Taylor University and an M.B.A. from Kennedy Western University. Mr. Shevlot's professional career spans over 20 years in various management and leadership positions, primarily with AT&T. He currently manages AT&T's Indiana and Michigan consumer retail sales division. Prior to re-joining AT&T in 2007, he served two years as Comcast's Vice President for Northeast Indiana. Mr. Shevlot's 25-year civic involvement has included serving on local boards such as the Special Olympics, the Chamber of Commerce Economic Council and the American Heart Association. He also has served as a basketball coach for the Indianapolis YMCA, president of the Heritage Christian High School Athletic Booster Club, and other assorted community activities. Mr. Shevlot and his wife, Elizabeth, a CPA at KPMG, have two children, Alex and Emily. |

| Jeff Smith is a Partner with Harry & Izzy's, an upscale American Grill. It is the sister restaurant of St. Elmo Steakhouse. He is also a professional realtor with the FC Tucker Company. A 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Mr. Smith has held positions ranging from manager to general manager to area director to owner. Mr. Smith is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, where he attended the University of Louisville and majored in Finance. He moved to Indianapolis in 1997 to be a partner with Outback Steakhouse and was named Proprietor of the Year in 1999 and 2000. He and his partners opened Bonefish Grill in 2002 in Louisville and Indianapolis for which he was awarded Proprietor of the Year in 2003 and 2004 by the parent company OSI. Mr. Smith believes in a strong, vibrant community and has been involved in many community service projects. He is on the Board of Directors for the 500 Festival for which he has chaired Kid's Day on the Circle and served on its Finance, Fund Raising and other committees. He has been a supporter and member of the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis which awarded him the Diamond Award in 2004, its highest award given for support of the organization. He is also a supporter of the Coalition of 100 Black Women and has helped organize Gourmet Gents, the organization's main fundraiser. Mr. Smith and his wife, Lisa, have three children, Briana, Jasmine and Colton. They are active members of Eastern Star Church. |

| Marie Turner-Wright was named Librarian Emeritus at Indiana University in 2001 following a 20-year career of service at University Library, IUPUI and teaching positions throughout the I.U. system. Ms. Turner-Wright earned an A.B. in the College of Arts and Sciences, and a M.L.S. and Sp.L.I.S. in the School of Library and Information Science at I.U. Ms. Turner-Wright began her career at IMCPL, where she served as Manager of the Emerson Branch from 1974-1979. Recently included in Marquis "Who’s Who in America, Ms. Turner-Wright has served on the governing body of the American Library Association, and has been a member of the Association for the Study of African-American Life and History, Inc., the Children’s Literature Association, the Freedom to Read Foundation and the Indiana Library Federation. She is a past Board member of the Writers’ Center of Indianapolis. |
